Suspension of National Grant Schemes

The Regulator for Energy and Water Services would like to inform the general public that applications for the National Grant Schemes which include

• Domestic Cisterns scheme
• Heat pump scheme
• Roof Insulation and Double Glazing Scheme
• Solar water heater scheme

will be temporarily closed during April 2018. We will stop accepting applications as from the 2nd April. New schemes will then reopen in the beginning of May 2018.

The main reason for such termination is that the new schemes will be launched with higher aid levels. More details will be made available once the schemes are launched. The other reason is that all scheme applications will now be available online similar to the PV scheme.
