Transfer or Relocation of a RES system
The Regulator for Energy and Water Services (REWS) allows owners of renewable energy systems (RES) to apply for transfer of ownership or relocation. Applicants must provide details of the system, information on the new owner (if applicable), and supporting documents such as identification, proof of property ownership, contracts, or engineering certificates. All installations must comply with safety, planning, and technical regulations, and applicants must confirm the accuracy of the information provided while acknowledging any obligations related to grants or feed-in tariffs.
