Consultations

The Regulator for Energy and Water Services (REWS) in Malta regularly conducts public consultations when introducing or updating legislation in the energy and water sectors. During these consultations, REWS publishes draft proposals—such as regulatory frameworks such as the preliminary market consultations for offshore renewable energy—and invites feedback from stakeholders, including citizens, industry representatives, and environmental groups.
